about the winemaker

Winemaker Luca Hodgkinson implements plot-specific harvesting time depending on grape ripeness levels. Once picked, the grapes are transported a short distance to the winery, where they are destemmed and gently introduced to an Inertys press – a unique system that ensures non-oxidative pressing.

Absolutely! It can be a versatile wine for cooking, often used in seafood dishes, creamy sauces, and vinaigrettes.

Best drunk within a few hours of opening, if sealed properly, the bottle will keep for up to 48 hours once opened.

Try this wine alongside a Crispy Tofu Stir-Fry, Chickpea curry or perhaps Roasted Cauliflower Steaks served with a lemon or caper-based sauce.

really enjoyed this wine!
Really enjoyed this bone dry, fruity wine. It was zesty and fresh and went well with the sea bass we had with it.
