It took us a decade to find a producer making authentic, 100% organic Pinot Grigio of the quality we required. The grapes for this delicately fruity white grow in the hillside vineyards around Trapani, Santa Ninfa and Alcamo in Sicily. The vineyard is managed completely organically, using composted animal manure instead of chemical fertilisers and encouraging natural insect predators instead of chemical insecticides.
A dry, delicately fruity soft white wine. Freshy, zesty citrus and orchard fruit flavours are balanced with a hint of almond nuttiness.
There are no rules but we love this as a refreshing aperitif or chilled with salads, seafood or roast chicken.
Contains sulphur dioxide / sulphites
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians

Yes, but with a soft fruitiness that ensures it is not acidic.
Both Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris are the same grape variety. The difference comes from the wine style. Pinot Grigio is the Italian style and is fresh, light and fruity. Pinot Gris is the French style which is richer.
It is fruity but not sweet. It’s the perfect aperitif, refreshing and fruity.
