Tucked away in the lush, rolling hills of northern Italy lies this idyllic organic winery that’s producing tiny quantities of proper Prosecco DOC. No mass market, bland bottling … this is the real deal, Italy in a glass. The vines are checked daily to avoid chemical intervention and the vineyard is a haven of biodiversity. Careful management means the grape yield is protected to ensure intense quality and flavour.

FLAVOUR PROFILE

Light and dry sparkling Prosecco with a fresh, lemony aroma and lots of crispy apple and juicy peach flavours.

ABOUT THE WINEMAKER

Wine maker tasting white wine

What Massimo doesn’t know about Prosecco isn’t worth knowing. He began working in the Veneto region 20 years ago as a young graduate, building his knowledge of sparkling wine production at some of the region’s leading wineries. His passion for organic wine grew with his experience, and with it a mission to make authentic Prosecco. Most days, Massimo is still to be found in the vineyards, ensuring the grapes reach their quality peak.

I reeeaaally liked it! With all the Proseccos I have recently drank, this is the One my taste buds liked most. It is fruity and soft to drink. Its bubbling lasts for the right amount of time without leaving me an headache! Love it ;-)

A nice company with a small but carefully considered wine list, decent prices and friendly customer service. The Prosecco and Primitivo were particular favourites. I could see those going into regular rotation!

I have tried the Rioja, Malbec and Primitivo. I would strongly reccomend all three. In my view all three are equally great, easy to drink with lovely flavour and body. I will definitely be buying more of all three wines in the future
