Cancellations and Refund Policy
If you buy any of our wines and do not like them please see our Quality Guarantee section below. If you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may cancel your order up to and including 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your order. Please note that as long as your purchase is undamaged and non-faulty, you will be liable for the returns costs. We will reimburse the appropriate sum paid for your goods, within 14 calendar days after the day we receive the goods back or earlier if the day on which you supply to us appropriate evidence of having sent back the goods provided all the wines are unopened and intact and the wines are in their original packaging.
Please let us know if you wish to cancel an order by contacting our Customer Services team using one of the methods in the “Contact Us” section below. If you are e-mailing us or writing to us please include details of your order to help us identify it. Refunds will be made by the same payment method you originally used to make payment.

Quality Guarantee
As we’re so confident about all of our wines we are happy to replace any wines which are faulty, subject to the following conditions:

  • If the wine is faulty:-
    If the wine is corked, oxidised or appears otherwise out of condition, provided it is still within the recommended drink date and has been stored in suitable conditions, we will arrange to replace the faulty wines or offer a refund as appropriate. We reserve the right to collect faulty wines for inspection so please retain them where possible.
    If you don’t enjoy any of the wines or you suspect that they may be faulty please contact us.
  • Returning Goods:-
    Returning Undamaged goods:
    You can return your order as long as it is done so within 14 days from delivery. If you decide to return your purchase you must return the box and all of the unopened and unused contents as a complete package. The box must be undamaged and all items within must be unused, not damaged in any way and unopened otherwise we will be unable to refund you. Please note that if you want to return your purchase and none of the items are faulty or damaged, you are doing so at your own cost. Please note that when your parcel was originally received by yourself, by signing, you are accepting that your parcel was complete and undamaged upon delivery.
  • Returning damaged goods:
    If some or all of the bottles in the carton are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible.
    Any wines collected by our carrier must be in their original box to avoid further breakages, where possible.
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
