Tucked away in the lush, rolling hills of northern Italy lies this idyllic organic winery that’s producing tiny quantities of proper Prosecco DOC. No mass market, bland bottling … this is the real deal, Italy in a glass. The vines are checked daily to avoid chemical intervention and the vineyard is a haven of biodiversity.
The Zuccardi family were the first to plant organically in Argentina’s Mendoza wine region. They even have their own wormery which composts the grape skins and stems for organic fertiliser.
