From carefully selected vineyard plots strategically located just 14km from the coastline, Terra Organica proudly sources this cool-climate Sauvignon from Viña Garcés Silva in Aconcagua.
Here, the Humboldt current has one of the most influential cooling effects on the region ensuring vines are kept fresh, helping to balance sugars and acidity in the grapes, whilst the double cane pruning system allows flexible canopy management to control sunlight exposure for optimum ripeness.
The winery is 100% organic and prioritises soil health and regenerative viticultural practices to increase the organic matter in soils. In the winter, sheep are released into the vineyards to naturally manage weed-growth and home-made compost is applied to add nutrients back into the soil. In the summer, green cover crops are allowed to flourish during the growing season, helping to further promote biodiversity and soil health.
A bright, fruit-forward style with gooseberry and lime notes balanced by a touch of minerality. A beautifully expressive and zesty wine with a distinctive coastal character.

Winemaker Luca Hodgkinson meticulously controls the full winemaking process, starting with plot-specific harvesting time depending on grape ripeness levels.
Once picked, the grapes are transported a short distance to the winery where they are destemmed and gently introduced to an Inertys press – a unique system that ensures non-oxidative pressing. After a 24hr cold settling via gravity, the juices are racked and fermentation commences in temperature-controlled tanks.
After around a 20 day ferment, the wine is racked and stirred in tanks for several weeks to enhance flavours and texture.
